Meet Madan Sundar Das
Madan Sundar Das holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and worked as a Research Engineer at Juniper Networks in the USA. Inspired by the profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Srila Prabhupada, he returned to India in 2012 to dedicate his life to spiritual service, becoming a resident monk at ISKCON Pune.
His approach centers on cultivating clarity of thought, depth of character, and compassion in action. Whether mentoring youth, guiding leaders, leading retreats, or teaching at institutions like Symbiosis and D.Y. Patil University, he emphasizes inner alignment through sadhana, community growth through sangha, and leadership rooted in dharma. With over a decade of experience in spiritual education and outreach, Madan Sundar Das continues to inspire through his talks, courses, and personal example—inviting others to lead with wisdom and grow with grace.
With a rare blend of technical acumen and spiritual depth, Madan Sundar Das brings clarity and compassion to every interaction—whether guiding a student through life’s dilemmas or helping a corporate team rediscover purpose. His work is rooted not in performance, but in transformation: helping individuals align their inner values with outer action, and communities grow through shared wisdom and service.
